The Form now works!  I've changed around the MP3 player a little.  Slowly the site is coming together.  Now for some studio news, we'll be working with Ahmed Kharem again in a few weeks finishing up another song from his album.  He's a hard working man so we try to get one done per month.  We should be finished with that project by the end of the summer and then I'll post links to where you can purchase and support his music.
